Avidin D-HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase) is produced by coupling these two proteins while preserving the high specific activity of the peroxidase and binding sites of avidin.Biotinylated primary or secondary antibodies and Avidin D-HRP can be used to localize any antigen in histological sections or cytological preparations.
