All prices quoted on this website are in Euro’s and VAT excl.

Despite our efforts, a negligible number of items on our web site may be incorrectly priced. Rest assured that we will verify all prices as part of our shipping procedures and provide you with correct pricing in your order confirmations. Requirements

All orders must include the following:

1. Name of the company / organization

2. Invoice and shipping address

3. Name, telephone number and e-mail address of the person who places the order or contact person

4. Catalogue number and description of each of the Products

5. Quantity and package size of each of the products

Please include any special ordering information, questions, or special shipping needs when placing your order.

Order confirmation

All orders will be confirmed by our customer department.

Payment terms

Payment terms are 30 days net.

Shipping

EMELCA Bioscience products are shipped for delivery on the courier account of EMELCA Bioscience unless otherwise stated.. Charges for transportation depent on the destination, volume, weight of the shipment and import or export costs. We always charge (extra) for dry-ice shipments.

Rush orders

Please contact our customer service for availability of the desired product(s). EMELCA Bioscience charges for rush orders.

Returns

No products will be accepted for return, credit or replacement without prior authorization from our Customer Support.

Warranty

Products are warranted only to conform to the quantity and contents stated on the label or in the product datasheet at the time of delivery to the customer. In case no datasheet is enclosed please contact our customer service. All other warranties are disclaimed. EMELCA Bioscience responsibility is limited to either replacement of the products or refund of the purchase price and this only after authorization from our Customer Support. EMELCA Bioscience is not liable for any damage or personal or economic loss caused by the product.

Working with biological (derived) materials

Products may contain or may be shipped with hazardous components. In all cases check the international symbols on the packaging and/or datasheet to conform to working according local regulations to protect yourself, others and your environment.

Discontinue of sales

EMELCA Bioscience reserves the right to discontinue sales of any products or to change product descriptions and/or formulations at any time without notice to purchasers.
