10X or 5X reaction buffers are optimal for better performance of our different enzymes. The storage buffer is for enzyme storage and dilution.
This buffer is designed for use with KlenTaq mutant enzymes and corresponding LA version of these enzymes. Each tube contains 1.5 ml of 10X PCR reaction buffer, which is enough for 600 x 25 µl reactions. The composition of the 10X buffer is 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 9.2, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 0.25% Brij-58, and 35 mM magnesium chloride. Upon request, a buffer with a pH of 7.9 is also available for better fidelity.
