This buffer is specifically formulated for use with KlenTaq-P DNA polymerase.
Each tube of 1.5 ml of 10X PCR reaction buffer is enough for 600 x 25 µl reactions. The 10X buffer composition is 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.8, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 35 mM magnesium chloride and 1.5 mg / ml BSA.
Some clouding of the buffer may be observed over time if the buffer is stored at 40C. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the buffer. Shake tube or vortex gently before use.
