This 10X reaction buffer is specifically formulated for use in PCR with KlenTaq-S Taq DNA polymerase.
Each tube of 1.5 ml of 10X PCR reaction buffer is enough for 600 x 25 µl reactions. The 10X buffer composition is 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.8, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 35 mM magnesium chloride and 0.25% Brij-58.
