10X Taq Mutant PCR Buffer

10X or 5X reaction buffers are optimal for better performance of our different enzymes. The storage buffer is for enzyme storage and dilution.

This buffer is formulated for use in PCR with full-length Taq mutant DNA polymerases and corresponding LA versions.

Each tube of 1.5 ml of 10X PCR reaction buffer is enough for 600 x 25 µl reactions. The 10X buffer composition is 500 mM Tris-HCl pH 9.1, 160 mM ammonium sulfate, 0.25% Brij® 58, and 25 mM magnesium chloride.
