ABL2 Break Apart Probe

ABL2 is a proto-oncogene, located on chromosome 1q25.2, that is expressed in both normal and tumor cells and functions in cytoskeletal rearrangements. It is involved in translocation with the ETS Variant 6 gene in leukemia. Frequent translocation, t(1;12)(q25;p13), is associated with acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia. Other diseases associated with the ABL2 gene are acute myeloid leukemia with eosinophilia.

Our ABL2 Break Apart FISH Probe can be used to detect a rearrangement of the ABL2 gene. The probe comes labeled in orange and green, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.

EU – CE Marked (Orange-Green color option only)
