Description:
A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 8 (ADAM-TS8) is a secreted protease with anti-angiogenic properties. ADAM-TS8 is highly expressed in adult and fetal lung, lower expression in brain, placenta, heart, stomach and fetal brain and kidney.
