Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC
Protein Family: Protein Kinases, Enzymes
Pathway and Disease: Cell Growth and Death, Nucleotide Metabolism, Energy Metabolism.
Description:
Adenylate kinases 1-5 (AK 1-5) are a set of enzymes that regulate intracellular adenine nucleotide levels. AK influences metabolic signals and promotes intracellular phosphoryl transfer by catalyzing phosphate group exchange between adenine nucleotides. Inherited mutations lead to AK deficiencies in erythrocytes are implicated in hemolytic anemia.
Alternate Names: Adenylate kinase isoenzyme 1, AK 1, ATP-AMP transphosphorylase 1, Myokinase, AK1
Application Notes: E: 1:500-1:1,000; WB: 1:200-1:500; IHC: 1:200-1:500
Accession No.: P00568
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the C-term region of human AK1.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
