Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC
Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC
Protein Family: Receptors and Channels
Pathway and Disease: Signaling Molecules and Interaction, Signal Transduction
Description:
Beta-3 adrenergic receptor (ADRB3) mediates the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. ADRB3 is involved in the regulation of lipolysis and thermogenesis. The ADRB3 variant Arg-64 has been linked to weight gain (obesity) and susceptibility to non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).
Alternate Names: ADRB3, Beta-3 adrenergic receptor, Beta-3 adrenoreceptor, Beta-3 adrenoceptor, ADRB3R, B3AR
Application Notes: E: 1:500-1:1,000; WB: 1:100-1:500; IHC: 1:100-1:500; IP: 1:100-1:500
Accession No.: P13945
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the C-term region of human ADRB3.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 0.1 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
