Description:
The synucleins alpha, beta and gamma are presynaptic proteins abundant in neurons. Alpha-synuclein, a component of Alzheimer's disease amyloid plaques, is localized to neuronal cell bodies and synapses. Defects in alpha-synuclein are the cause of Parkinson disease type 1 and 4, Lewy body dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and Hallervorden-Spatz syndrome.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 25% glycerol with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
