Anisomycin

This antibiotic is a translational inhibitor of eukaryotic protein synthesis by affecting peptidyl transferase. Anisomycin acts as an activator of stress-activated kinases, mitogen-activated (MAP) kinases and Jun-NH2 terminal kinases (JNK).

For future use, aliquot and store at -20C. These can be used for one month afterwards. Upon using, allow vials to thaw to RT for 1 hour.
