Anti-DYKDDDDK (FLAG) tag antibody (Clone BR20M05)

Background Information:DYKDDDDK(FLAG) tag is one of the commonly used affinity tags for recombinant protein expression and purification. BioTimes’ DYKDDDDK tag antibody is raised against the DYKDDDDK synthetic peptide. It can be used on ELISA as the capture or detection antibody, and on WB for recombinant protein with DYKDDDDK tag at either C-terminus, N-terminus, or internally. It might be used for other applications like IHC or immunofluorescent, but these applications have not been tested in house.

Application Note: For ELISA and WB applications, it can be used at 0.5-1.0 mg/mL. For ELISA Application, this can clone can be used as both the capture antibody of DYKDDDDK-tagged recombinant protein and the detection antibody of DYKDDDDK-tagged recombinant protein. It works better as the capture antibody.
