Anti-His antibody (Clone BR20M03)

Background Information:His tag is one of the commonly used affinity tags for recombinant protein expression and purification. BioTimes’ His tag antibody is raised against the 6xHis synthetic peptide. It can be used for ELISA as the detection antibody or WB for recombinant protein with His tag at either C-terminus, N-terminus, or internally. It might be used for other applications like IHC or immunofluorescent, but these applications have not been tested in house.
