Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Human Neutralization Antibody Quantification Kit (BT-plex)

The BT-plex™ SARS CoV-2 Neutralization Antibody Detection Kit is a magnetic bead-based assay, using fluorescence-encoded beads optimized for use on regular flow cytometers. The kit detects specific signals from human ACE2 binding to immobilized S-Trimer protein in the presence of neutralization antibodies from samples. The assay was validated for use on serum/plasma samples from healthy donors and from recovered patients of SARS CoV-2 infections. Magnetic beads allow easier liquid handling and automation.
