Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Human IgA/IgG/IgM Flow Test Kit (BT-plex)

BT-plex™ Human Anti-SARS CoV2 Spike Protein Antibody kit is a bead-based immunoassay, using a magnetic fluorescence-encoded bead optimized for use on regular flow cytometers. The assay simultaneously quantifies specific human anti-SARS CoV-2 spike protein IgG, IgM, and IgA in the same sample. The assay has been analytically validated for use on serum/plasma samples. The assay kit provides better detection sensitivities, broader dynamic ranges, and less hands-on time than traditional ELISA methods.
