Description:
Purified human Apolipoprotein A protein
Background:
Apolipoproteins are proteins that bind lipids (oil-soluble substances such as fat and cholesterol) to form lipoproteins. They transport the lipids through the lymphatic and circulatory systems. They transport the lipids through the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Apoprotein A is one of exchangeable apolipoproteins which have the same genomic structure and are members of a multi-gene family that probably evolved from a common ancestral gene. ApoA1 and ApoA4 are part of the APOA1/C3/A4/A5 gene cluster on chromosome 11. They are consist of alpha-helices and associate with lipid droplets reversibly.
Dimers: ELISA
Purity: >90% by SDS-PAGE
Formulation: Liquid
Storage buffer: Each vial contains 10 mM PBS(pH7.4).
Storage and Expiration:
Ship at 4℃.Upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20℃ or -80℃ for long term. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
