Aprotinin Separopore® 6B-CL

bioWORLD's immonibilzed aprotinin is pure aprotinin coupled to Separopore® (Agarose) 6B-CL. It is designed to remove serine proteases from cell or tissue lysates. Aprotinin, a monomeric protein inhibits several serine proteases including trypsin, chymotrypsin, plasmin and kallikrein. It is known that it's action on kalikrenin inhibits factorXIIa. It is supplied as a 50% suspenion in isopropanol. However, prepacked columns of 1 mL size can be obtained (SKU: 20170035). Inquire for bulk sizes.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
