Background:
RHOH is a member of the Rassuperfamily of small GTPases. Expression of a chimeric transcriptof LAZ3 and this gene has been reported as a result of thetranslocation t(3;4) in non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. This gene encodesa small G-like protein, and unlike most other small G proteinswhich are expressed ubiquitously, this gene is transcribed only inhemopoietic cells.
Other Names: Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoH, GTP-binding protein TTF, Translocation three four protein, RHOH, ARHH, TTF
Type: Synthetic peptide
Primary Accession: Q15669
Other Accession: NP_004301.1
Gene ID: 399
Gene Name: RHOH
Format: Synthetic peptide was lyophilized with 100% acetonitrile and is supplied as a powder. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml DI water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.
