The ATM FISH Probe is used to detect ATM gene aneusomy.
ATM Mutations have been linked to breast cancer. The ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) protein is the principal activator of the p53 protein in the response to DNA double-strand breaks. Mutations in the ATM gene have been previously found in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias (B-CLLs).
Our ATM FISH Probe can be used to detect ATM gene aneusomy. The probe comes labeled in orange, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
