Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC, IF
Protein Family: Receptors and Channels
Pathway and Disease: Nervous and Sensory Systems, Signal Transduction
Description:
The beta-1 adrenergic receptor (ADRB1) mediates the catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase through the action of G proteins. The receptor bind epinephrine and norepinephrine with similar affinities. Homologous desensitization of the receptor is mediated by its phosphorylation by beta-adrenergic receptor kinase.
Alternate Names: Beta-1 adrenergic receptor, Beta-1 adrenoreceptor, Beta-1 adrenoceptor, ADRB1, ADRB1R, B1AR
Application Notes: E: 1:500-1:1,000; WB: 1:200-1:500; IHC: 1:200-1:500; IF: 1:200-1:500
Accession No.: P08588
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of human ADRB1.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 0.1 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
