Blood group B (clone HEB-29), anti-human

A BALB/c mouse was immunized with a mixture of erythrocytes of blood group B and a glycoprotein fraction isolation from the saliva of secretors with blood group B of human origin.
Fusion partner: P3-X63-Ag8.653.

Specifications:
HEB-29 shows specific staining of erythrocytes and vascular epithelium of blood group B and ABcontrols and no staining in group A or O controls. However, tumors in A or O individuals may carry B antigen and stain with HEB-29.

Species reactivity:
Positive: human.

Applications:
HEB-29 is applicable for red cell agglutination, tissue staining and immunofluorescence tests.Agglutination
