Brucella Broth

Brucella Broth is a highly nutritious liquid medium specifically designed for the isolation, enrichment, and cultivation of Brucella and Campylobacter spp. Casein Digest Peptone, Peptic Digest of Animal Tissue, and Yeast Extract provide nitrogenous, carbon, and vitamin source. Dextrose is the fermentable carbohydrate. Sodium Chloride maintains osmotic equilibrium and Sodium Bisulfite is a reducing agent added to enhance growth.
