Size: 0.1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG1
Applications: WB
Protein Family: Enzymes
Pathway and Disease: Energy Metabolism
Description:
CA1 (Carbonic anhydrase I) is a cytosolic protein which is found at the highest level in erythrocytes. Carbonic anhydrases (CAs) are a large family of zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. They participate in a variety of biological processes, including respiration, calcification, acid-base balance, bone resorption and the formation of aqueous humor, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva and gastric acid. They show extensive diversity in tissue distribution and in their subcellular localization.
Alternate Names: Carbonic anhydrase 1, Carbonate dehydratase I, Carbonic anhydrase B, CAB, Carbonic anhydrase I, CA-I
Application Notes: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Accession No.: P00915
Antigen: Purified recombinant fragment of CA1(aa25-90) expressed in E. coli.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 ml ascitic fluid with 0.03% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C for short term use only. Store at -20°C for storage over 1 month. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
