Order a custom CBFB Break Apart FISH probe labeled in Orange-Green, Green-Orange, Green-Red, Green-Gold, Gold-Green or Red-Green and receive it in as little as 7 business days.
Inversions of chromosome 16 in the CBFB gene, located on chromosome 16q22.1, are associated with lymphoplastic lymphoma, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and AML with abnormal bone marrow eosinophils. A positive prognosis of AML can also be detected by the CBFB probe and has been associated with inv(16) and t(16;16).
Our CBFB Break Apart FISH Probe can be used to detect a rearrangement of the CBFB gene. The probe comes labeled in orange and green, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
