The CCNA2 Break Apart Probe detects rearrangements of the CCNA2 gene.
The Cyclin A2 (CCNA2) gene, located on chromosome 4q27, is an essential component of all embryonic and somatic cell cycles in humans. CCNA2 mutations and overexpression is most frequently observed in breast cancer, as well as, colorectal lung, and prostate cancers.
Empire Genomics has developed a CCNA2 Break Apart FISH Probe that can be used to detect CCNA2 gene rearrangements. The probe comes labeled in orange and green, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
