CD13 (clone WM15 ) FITC , anti-human CE-IVD

This antibody reacts with the CD13-antigen, which is expressed on human monocytes, granulocytes and their precursors and a small population of large granular lymphocytes. The monoclonal antibody reacts with monocytes, granulocytes and with a large number of acute myeloid leukaemia’s (the positivity of this marker relates to worse clinic prognosis).

Recomended usage
CD13, clone WM15, is a mAb intended for the identification/ enumeration of human leucocytes using FCM. This reagent is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
