Size: 0.1 mg
Isotype: Rabbit Ig
Applications: E, WB, IHC
Protein Family: Cellular Antigens, Cytokines, Receptors and Channels
Pathway and Disease: Immune System, Infectious Diseases, Signaling Molecules and Interaction
Description:
C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR-7) is a receptor for the MIP-3 beta chemokine. CCR-7 is a mediator of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) effects on B-lymphocytes or of normal lymphocyte functions. CCR-7 is expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activated B- and T-lymphocytes. CCR-7 is strongly upregulated in B-cells infected with EBV and T-cells infected with herpesvirus 6 or 7.
Alternate Names: CD197, CCR-7, C-C chemokine receptor type 7, C-C CKR-7, CC-CKR-7, MIP-3 beta receptor, Epstein-Barr virus-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1, EBF-induced G-protein coupled receptor 1, EBI1, BLR2, CDw197, CCR7, CMKBR7, EBI1, EVI1
Application Notes: E: 1:500-1:1,000; WB: 1:100-1:500; IHC: 1:100-1:500
Accession No.: P32248
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of human CCR-7.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment.
