Description:
Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11A (CD265) is a receptor for TNFSF11/RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. CD265 is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis. CD265 is involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells. Defects in CD265 are the cause of familial expansile osteolysis (FEO). FEO is a rare autosomal dominant bone disorder characterized by focal areas of increased bone remodeling. The osteolytic lesions develop usually in the long bones during early adulthood.
Alternate Names: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 11A, Receptor activator of NF-KB, Osteoclast differentiation factor receptor, ODFR, CD265, TNFRSF11A, RANK
Application Notes: E: 1:10,000-1:40,000; WB: 1:100-1:500
Accession No.: Q9Y6Q6
Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the C-term region of human CD265.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-G affinity chromatography.
