CD28 (clone 3G5E) , anti-human
X
You are enquiring about CD28 (clone 3G5E) , anti-human
Background:
Human CD28 is an important co-stimulatory molecule found on all CD4+ T cells and ~50% of CD8+ T cells. T cell activities attributed to CD28 include prevention of anergy, induction of cytokine gene transcription, stabilization of cytokine mRNA, and activation of CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes. The ligands for CD28, known as CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2), are monomeric transmembrane glycoproteins.
Alternative Name:
T-cell-specific surface glycoprotein CD28, TP44, CD28
Application Dilution: Flow Cytometry (5 µg/ml), Frozen Sections (User-optimized), Immunoprecipitation (User-optimized), T cell Co-stimulation (User-optimized)
Specificity: Recognizes the CD28 protein.
Immunogen:
Human CD28 Ig fusion protein and HPB-MLT human tumor cells.
MW: ~ 25 kDa
Swis Prot.: P10747
Purification & Purity:
Protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody, >95% immunoglobulin by SDS-PAGE
Format:
In 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM KCl, 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5.
Storage:
Following initial use, aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
