T-cell-specific surface glycoprotein CD28 (CD28) is involved in T-cell activation, the induction of cell proliferation, and cytokine production and promotion of T-cell survival. CD28 is expressed in T-cells and plasma cells, but not in less mature B-cells.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the N-term region of mouse CD28.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 0.1 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
