Specifications:
B-B12 reacts with 5 invariable CD3-chains: CD3y or gp26, CD3d or gp20, CD3e or gp20, CD3f or p16 (homodimer), CD3n or p28. Molecular mass: 25-28, 20 and 16 kDa. The main reactivity is with T cells, including thymocytes, mature T cells and T cell lines.

Species reactivity:
Positive: human.

Applications:
B-B12 can be applied for specific detection of CD3 T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and in frozen tissue sections and in extension for the characterization of immunodeficiency, leukemias and lymphomas.
