CD36 (clone CLB-IVC7) PerCP-Cyanine5.5, anti-human RUO

The monoclonal antibody is directed against the CD36 antigen (gplV also known as gplllb), which is expressed on human thrombocytes (molecular mass 90 kDa). It reacts with monocytes, macrophages, early erythroid cells, megakaryocytes and platelets and weak with B cells. In immunohistology the antibody reacts with some endothelial cells, adipocytes and the granular layer of the skin.

Recomended usage
CD36, clone TR9, is a mAb intended for identify/enumerate platelets, macrophages, endothelial cells, early erythroid cells and megakaryocytes by FCM. It t is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCM analysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
