Size: 0.1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG1
Applications: E, IF
Protein Family: Cellular Antigens
Pathway and Disease: Signaling Molecules and Interaction
Description:
CD37 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains. The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. CD37 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins. It may play a role in T-cell-B-cell interactions.
Alternate Names: Leukocyte antigen CD37, Tetraspanin-26, Tspan-26, CD37, TSPAN26 CD37
Application Notes: E: 1:10000-1:20000; IF: 1:200-1:1000
Accession No.: P11049
Antigen: Purified recombinant fragment of CD37 expressed in E. coli.
