Description:
The CD8 antigen is expressed on human cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells, human NK cell subset, and a cortical thymocyte subset. CD8 is a co-receptor molecule binding to MHC class I. The functional co-receptor is either a homodimer of alpha chains or a heterodimer of alpha and beta chains.

Antigen: Human thymocytes followed by peripheral blood T cells.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 0.2% BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by anti-mouse IgG affinity chromatography.
