Chemerin is a chemoattractant expressed in white adipose, liver and lung tissues. Chemerin is a ligand for the G-protein coupled receptor known as ChemR23 (or chemokine-like receptor-1), which is expressed mainly on dendritic cells, macrophages and some adipocytes. Human Chemerin is produced in E.coli. Recombinant human Chemerin is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 138 amino acids, with a total molecular weight of 16 kDa.
Source: E. coli. Endotoxin level as measured by LAL is <0.05ng/ug or <0.5EU/ug.

Format:
Each vial contains 25 ug of lyophilized protein. Reconstitute with 0.25 ml sterile deionized water for a final concentration of 0.1 mg/ml.
Storage: Store at -20°C. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment. Following reconstitution, store at -20°C. We recommend to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) for long term storage.
