Description:
The 65 kDa phosphoprotein (PP65) from the human cytomegalovirus (CMV), also called human herpesvirus 5, targets the nucleus immediately after viral infection. The newly synthesized PP65 is observed in the nucleus until 48 hours postinfection.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region of CMV PP65 protein.
Format: Each vial contains 0.1 mg IgG in 0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of PBS pH7.4, 25% glycerol, 0.1 mg/ml BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.
