Description
CNN1, also known as calponin-1, belongs to the calponin family. CNN1 is thin filament-associated protein that is implicated in the regulation and modulation of smooth muscle contraction. It is capable of binding to actin, calmodulin, troponin C and tropomyosin. The interaction of calponin with actin inhibits the actomyosin Mg-ATPase activity.Alternative Names
Calponin 1, CNN1, HEL-S-14, Sm-Calp, SMCCConcentration
LyophilizedStorage: Store the plasmid at -20C.
