Description:
Dapsone (diamino-diphenyl sulfone) is a pharmacological medication most commonly used in combination with rifampicin and clofazimine as multidrug therapy (MDT) for the treatment of Mycobacterium leprae infections (leprosy). It is also used to prevent Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) caused by Pneumocystis jiroveci (formerly P. carinii) in HIV patients in whom CD4 counts are below 250.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 ml IgG (7-12 mg/ml) in 20mM phosphate, 150mM NaCl buffer, pH7.2 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by caprylic acid and ammonium sulfate precipitation.
