Application: DEAE-Separopore® 6B-CL is a weak anion exchanger with excellent flow capacities and a high capacity for binding and resolution of proteins of all pI values. bio-World's DEAE-Separopore® 6B-CL was prepared by covalent attachment of diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) to Separopore® 6B-CL. DEAE remains charged and maintains high capacity over a wide working range of pH 3 – 9. It is an excellent matrix for both analytical and preparative fractionation of proteins.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.

Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
