Description:
Despiramine is a tricyclis antidepressant (TCA) which inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine, to a lesser extant, serotonin. Desipramine is used to treat depression, but is not usually a fist line treatment due to the effectiveness and less severe side effects of SSRI antidepressants. Desipramine is used to treat depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and cocaine withdrawal. Caution is used when prescribing this medication as sever side-effects may occur, including cardiac arrhythmia.

Format: Each vial contains 0.1 ml IgG (7-12 mg/ml) in 20mM phosphate, 150mM NaCl buffer, pH7.2 with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by caprylic acid and ammonium sulfate precipitation.
