Description: Diethylstilbestrol (DES) is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen first synthesized in 1938. Diethylstilbesterol was commonly used under the assumption that it would help reduce pregnancy complications and losses. The US FDA withdrew DES from use in pregnant women due to its association with a rare form of vaginal cancer.
Format: Each vial contains 0.5 ml of antigen covalently bound to horseradish peroxidase suitable for use as a tracer in immunoassay development with Diethylstilbestrol Antibody (Cat. No. 252349).

Application Notes: The conjugate is supplied as a concentrate. Determine best dilution for assay and use immediately after dilution. E: 1:500-1:2,000
