Direct One-Step Cell RT-PCR Kit is designed for conventional RT-PCR analysis of RNA target from cells. The components of the kit have been optimized for best performance in sensitivity and specificity. The optimized inhibitor-resistant enzyme and buffer system significantly reduces non-specific PCR amplification, ensure efficient, highly specific reverse transcription and PCR in one tube, and make it possible to amplify the RNA target directly from culture cells without RNA purification.
