The EGFR Gene FISH Probe is used to detect EGFR gene aneusomy.
The DUSP22 and IRF4 gene rearrangement, located on chromosome 6p25.3, are associated with ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) (systematic or cutaneous). The translocation is seen in ~20-57% of ALK-negative ALCL. This rearrangement is also claimed to have a 90% survival rate of living 5 years beyond diagnosis.
Empire Genomics has developed a DUSP22 Break Apart FISH Probe which can be used to detect DUSP22 gene aneusomy. The probe comes labeled in orange & green, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
