The ETV6 gene, located on chromosome 12p13.2, is known to be involved in a number of chromosomal rearrangements of the short arm on chromosome 12 leading to a variety of hematopoietic malignancies. Associated cancers include acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), salivary gland cancer, congenital mesoblastic nephroma, breast cancer, testicular cancer, soft tissue cancers, as well as congenital fibrosarcoma.

Our ETV6 Break Apart FISH Probe can be used to detect a rearrangement of the ETV6 gene. The probe comes labeled in orange and green, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
