The FGFR3 FISH Probe is used to detect FGFR3 mutations and gene aneusomy.
Our orange labeled FISH probe localizes to chromosome region 4p16.3 which can be used to detect FGFR3 (fibroblast growth factor receptor 3) gene mutations, aberrations and gene aneusomy using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). The FGFR3/IGH translocation, t(4;14), provides important prognostic information in patients with plasma cell myeloma.
The probe comes labeled in orange, and you may also choose to customize the probe to meet your needs.
