Application: β-D-Glucose-Separopore® 4B-CL is an agarose conjugate in saline suspension used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatography and carbohydrate matrices. b-D-Glucose-Separopore® 4B-CL has been used in studies to inform pathogenesis of protozoal infections. Glucose-Separopore® 4B-CL used as affinity chromatography for the purification of glucose binding proteins.
Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
