Application:
Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) -Red Separopore® 4B binds rabbit IgG and associated antigen-containing proteins to the red colored beads for (co)-immunoprecipitation experiments. Affinity isolated antibody goat anti-rabbit IgG coupled to cyanogen bromide-activated Red Separopore® offers the advantage of increased sensitivity for rabbit IgG without cross-reactivity to other substance present on the membrane or cell surface. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) -Red Separopore® 4B is used for immunoprecipitation and Co-immunoprecipitation studies.
Note: Separopore® is a cost-effective equivalent to Sepharose® in all of its physical properties and binding characteristics.
