Description:
Endoplasmin precursor (94 kDa glucose-regulated protein, GRP94, gp96 homolog, Tumor rejection antigen 1) is a molecular chaperone that functions in the processing and transport of secreted proteins. GRP94 is a disulfide-linked homodimer, has subcellular location in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen, and belongs to the heat shock protein 90 family.
