Background:
Histone deacetylase (HDAC) is a kind of protease, which plays an important role in the structural modification of chromosomes and the regulation of gene expression. In general, histone acetylation is conducive to the dissociation of DNA and histone octamer, and the relaxation of nucleosome structure, so that various transcription factors and co transcription factors can specifically bind to DNA binding sites, and activate gene transcription. In the nucleus, histone acetylation and histone deacetylation are in a dynamic equilibrium, and are regulated by histone acetyltransferase (HAT) and histone deacetylase (HDAC).
Location: CytoplasmQ9UBN7TBS with 0.1% Proclin300, PH7.4
Concentration: 100 μg/mL for the RTU antibody, 1mg/mL for the concentrated antibody
